I've been seeing plenty of condo units that are going for $100,000-110,000 in B neighborhoods of Tempe and Phoenix that are renting for $1,000-$1,100 and needing little to no work before going on rental market.

I left a large retail mortgage company and I am now with a broker here in Tempe.

Another one I remember that came as an over the air upgrade ( these are all free by the way) is DOG Mode. you can set dog mode and your car will stay at the temp you set.. so you can leave your dog in the car while you do some shopping know that the car will stay at 70 degrees or less in the summer or warm in the winter.

Are there any groups/meetups/zoom meetings in the Tempe/Phoenix/Scottsdale area?

The initial repair was really just an attempt at a temp fix while you get a new AC unit.
