Hello All,

I am really looking to get started in the real estate investment game. I have some many piled away for that first down payment on a property here in the Phoenix Metro area. I currently reside in Tempe and I am new to the Area. I am originally from Tucson, but open to look in the Tucson Area, Casa Grande, and Phoenix. I am just looking for some guidance on what moves I should make, please help.

@Gregory Bambauer

Market is hot right now. Do you know what type of investment you’re looking for? Figure out a game plan and stick to it. Prices are high and properties are moving fast but don’t let that discourage you. Run your numbers and you’ll be fine.

Would love to chat more and help out any way I can.
