@Bennie Smith we get calls from investors all the time looking to "help us" with clients looking to offload their rentals.Funny thing is, most of the time these investors are:1) Wholesalers that will just waste everyone's time with lowball offers2) Flippers also with lowball offers3) Newbies that have no clue of value or have no funds4) Savvy investors looking to fleece our clientsRarely do we get contacted by someone actually looking to "help us".
