I found one that looked great and had alot of features that got me excited.

The reporting feature (found within the Transaction Page) allows you to select custom date ranges, property portfolios/groups, or you can single out a specific property. 

My primary residence has a unique feature in that it has come with a 20x40ft double-wide manufactured home in the backyard.Previous owner was using it as a shop but it has wood panel walls and beat to hell 50 year old carpet. 

You can always just throw it on airbnb, but you risk $5,000 per night fines.....not to mention the costs to furnish, manage and operate the unit.In my opinion, airbnb from an ownership standpoint isn't much better than just a good old normal long term rental, unless there are unique/niche like features that allow your building to stand apart from all of the other (and we're talking thousands) airbnb units on the market. 

If you search for this term via BP feature, I'm sure you will hit a ton of results. 

I mean a covered porch is a feature in and of itself and is part of what would make  a house attractive to a buyer and in most cases is part of your curve appeal. 

Based on conversations with several private lenders, I am on the right track with functionality and features. 

Sometimes we leave odd features intact if we can't figure out what to do with them, then ask the buyers if they want them or not.

Location is a feature in QBO similar to class, with one limitation, it is available at header level only, which means you are allowed to assign one location only in each transaction.

The listing suggests there are opportunities to add value....from the listing: "features large 1 bedroom units (900 SF), which can easily be converted into 2 bedroom units.
