How to find hard money lenders
I have built a cloud platform for managing and tracking hard money loans. Based on conversations with several private lenders, I am on the right track with functionality and features. However, I'd like to meet three to five people who have made at least 10 loans but not more than 100 to make sure I'm serving the needs of that type of lender.
Any suggestions on how to find a few people who would be willing to spend 15 minutes with me on the phone?
