There are multiple view points on the internet.

Our realtor is part of our team, she has helped us find contractors, helped us with property tax appeals, does our leasing and has helped us with our rehabs.We take the viewpoint that we expect to do multiple deals over many years.

Everyone has a mindset and a viewpoint closer to mine than those I have at home and work.Has anyone had these problems in the beginning of their business or in real estate with people closest and has their opinions changed over time?

I understand your view point of the pro membership not being much better than the regular, free membership.

Just posing a viewpoint that gets conversation going.

It's not instruction for others, per se, but lots of opinions and viewpoints, just like we get on the forums.

Questions are posed by investors and are answered for the viewpoint of investors.We aren't talking to homeowners who are listing their houses unrealistically high so what is the point bringing that up?

I have and from a property characteristics view point their data isn't as worthy in that I can't filter as far as I need to.
