During my time in public accounting, I have worked on numerous banking, asset management, and real estate clients, which sparked my interest in real estate investing.

Don't think so, but I don't think we're far from it.I see unrelated, unpredictable events, such as unrest in the middle east and a huge earthquake in Japan, as having as much or more effect than lending guidelines.

I am not looking to be spoonfed a secret sauce (because there probably isnt one), more to spark discussion amongst ourselves to see what markets are worth a second (or first) look.

I leave that to the "official website offering leads to private investors, pre foreclosure listing, etc... this was just a creative attempt to spark conversation about a particualr investment and it seems as if it has worked.

I do have some experience it's what sparked my original desire to do real estate.

I have a couple of smaller opportunities I would like to put on paper to present to a couple of friends to spark an interest to see where this business can take us.
