Always nice to see what other people are doing/not doing.As for pitch decks / summary create an outline that you like and outsource the graphics to a freelancer to create you a standard template.

You can create different pages for different needs: showcasing open houses, giveaways/ raffles, loan programs, etc.

The local news station found our Facebook and showcased our property for a story about short term rentals during sporting events, which was fantastic free advertising!

It weeds out the less serious applicants.Thoroughly vet all applicants and ask for work samples (ad copy, graphics, research, etc.) and references.Review the work samples to determine if they can accomplish your tasks.If they will be doing phone customer service, schedule a call with them and have some relevant questions prepared.Contact their references!

There are tons of freelance graphic designers on sites like upwork who do this kind of thing for reasonable rates.
