The representative informed me that because there was already a paid advertisement for that building on the site I was not allowed to post on my own and I had to contact the property managers for the building.Has anyone else had to experience this kind of runaround and hassle just to list on either of these sites?

@Tiffanie Harris you can typically bring the claim as a representative of the Trust but you need to contact your local district court and see if they have any special rules.

Most people overlook mobile home parks as an investment vehicle due to negative perceptions about the kinds of people that might live there or what they represent (poor, dirty, untrustworthy, etc).

It is very possible that he wants this to cover himself in the event that he sends you leads on Sellers that may be FSBOs or not represented. 

I wonder if by choosing to weed me out as a candidate for the property doesn't tgat put your interest above that of the owner you represent?

Is it possible to have the seller cover a 5-10% commission (built into the price) to you if your representing yourself and getting traditional financing?

@Steve B. its an investment property and I do have a buyer agent to represent me.

@Mat O'GradySince the property is owned by an LLC, and an LLC is technically it's own entity, you have to have passed the BAR in order to represent the entity.
