The representative informed me that because there was already a paid advertisement for that building on the site I was not allowed to post on my own and I had to contact the property managers for the building.Has anyone else had to experience this kind of runaround and hassle just to list on either of these sites?

@Tiffanie Harris you can typically bring the claim as a representative of the Trust but you need to contact your local district court and see if they have any special rules.

@Mat O'GradySince the property is owned by an LLC, and an LLC is technically it's own entity, you have to have passed the BAR in order to represent the entity.
