I just had a tub refinish quoted and the owner of the business told me he flips homes on the side and finds them through the job quotes he performs.

Nearly every room was re-painted, hardwood floors were beneath carpeting and we paid to have those refinished (best decision ever when converting a property to a rental).

We have gone a different route and that is refinishing the tub and tile surround. 

I just removed a 3br house of carpet and refinished the wood floors.  

I need new carpets, new paint, refinish flooring, and a couple of nails removed and other little touch ups.

Will you need to replace them, can you keep as-is, or will you need to refinish?

Hardwood floors can be sanded and refinished- laminates... you just replace.

I think my houses are nice, but very basic (refinished hardwood floors, central heat & air, white appliances, sometimes but not always new fixtures, laminate counters), and my rents edge just above average.
