Hi, I wanted to close this coming Tuesday but my attorney (that I truly fell in  with an inexperienced attorney by the way)  said that he will not be able to close on tuesday, and it is crucial for me to close on that day for various reasons and I won't be able to close after that.Is it possible for me to take a different attorney at this point?

That being said, I would prefer to setup payment plans than to pay for turnover costs and vacancy plus there is the risk of the tenant quality of a new tenant when I know I already have a good tenant who fell on hard times.As for the future - all speculation here.

A deal fell through in a very shady and frustrating way earlier this month.

Fast forward to yesterday and a better deal just fell into my lap.

This would be my absolute first deal and I had intended on flipping my first job but this wholesale opportunity fell into my lap.

Doing this...I fell in love with the real estate.

Though home prices initially fell along with SPX, Real Estate lagged behind the stock market before hitting bottom and this provides time for us to either get in or out.  

thanks for bringing this up.a 4plex in the East Valley of the PHX MSA  just fell through contract and the agent wants me to submit an offer and just sent me the docs to sign but now I'm contemplating not moving forward with this purchase.
