The main beam is damaged either by moisture or possible termite damage that should be further evaluated with remedy as necessary by qualified contractor.3. 

In the meantime, as @Dustin Beam mentioned, you can manually add charges for late fees or other bills at any time.

Turns out under the ceiling it some of the beams were cracked so we had to reinforce them with some strong wood from Home Depot.

All 4 beams have to be broken to set the alarm off.

In my mind these are minor issues.My first investment property purchase was a 100 year old two-story duplex where the foundation and support beams had weakened and the floors were 9 inches off level.

My company plans to run events - airsoft, laser tag, LARP, Rage Room & Escape Room and I can fund my own buildout if I can get a space that meets minimum requirements.
