Unless this is an expensive refrigerator, or you have your rental property in a LLC or incorporated,, then I wouldn't really worry about it,, (maybe that' not the right way but that's what I have done).Just take the refrigerator over to the rental and have an excuse to buy your wife a new refrigerator,,used refrigerators aren't really worth very much unless it is a built in or something special

., let's not get tied up on what title we give an attorney, as they are really in corporate law, then you need to inquire and you can say a lending, a finance, or probably in your case ask about banking experience.

I have always done my own taxes but wonder if an accountant would be advised.In the next couple of weeks I am looking to get a business license (LLC, INC, or whatever you guys suggest for a realtors website/name), trademark a logo I had made (pending it's not cost prohibitive), and set up some seperate accounts for the two different real estate endeavors.

Joe C.I would put more time into your current website by doing some keyword research, building out additional pages to focus on additional keywords, make sure you use H tags on the website.Your logo is great but I would add your contact information on the home page.

While some investors have already found a way to skyrocket their investments using the networking tools already available on BP, I would argue that the vast majority of users struggle to come up with an effective and consistent means to incorporate BP's functionality into their investing or networking plan.While private lists can certainly be powerful tools in the right hands, perhaps entirely rethinking the way these lists could be used would make them more accessible to the masses.
