Where is it geographically?

Could this be the explanation for why 10% of the people control 70%+ of the wealth?  

And folks whose financial lives are not in order often have a very difficult time submitting a lot of the basic documents that the VA/USDA/FHA/FHMLC/FNMA require, as they often have things on their tax returns or in their bank statements that raise a red flag, or require additional docs, letters of explanation, etc in order to analyze their personal finances.

Their explanation is that it expedites emergency repairs when they can't reach me.  

To my knowledge, we meet all the other USDA requirements in terms of geographic location, total household income, etc.  

I would call or email them and ask for an explanation.

Trying to lie or get creative with your explanation for what you're going to do with it would be dishonest and short-sighted (you'll end up with a bad name for yourself and no other realtors will want to deal with you). 

I am seeking people in my geographic area for advice.

Or is there a certain geographical region that you’ve determined is your best use of resources and time?

From my perspective, if another month was going to come and go with no payment, I should have been contacted to be informed that there would be no December deposit (the November delay I will take responsibility for) with an explanation as to why.
