Or, you can call your local credit union and they will likely either have an application to fill out or start asking you questions, and they should guide the whole process from there.

Not sure exactly what they do but I thought they fill them with I think sand. 

So I decided to make my own spin on Brandon Turner's Four Square Method of Analyzing Rental Properties by incorporating it into a "FILL IN THE BLANK" template.   

Almost 40 days from the WRIT filling and acceptance and landed on Feb 21.We tried many times reaching out to him during this time frame.

If you buy a duplex and cant fill one of the units, your at 50% occupancy.

I worked with a CPA out of state a couple of times and it just felt like I was filling in the blanks - no different than using Turbo Tax - no advice given. 

Know what you need, find who can fill that need.
