•The applicant pays the background check fee and I don't have to deal with it myself•Can set your own logic and rules around what kinds of late fees to charge and when to charge them and if a tenant is late paying those rules are automatically applied•Can set the payment rules to not accept partial payments.

Be interested in what your thoughts are to include this in a lease (needs to be maintained to some defined degree of cleanliness rather than waiting until move-out and deduct cleaning charges from their deposit).

What we found out doing our research is that in Costa Rica, large vacation rental properties that are different than other properties can create a good return because the competition is lower and also money lending can be a good return because you can charge high interest with only a 50% loan.
