The first deal can feel like a mountain to climb, especially when the funding isn't falling into place.

I am planning on being married in the next year and a half and my partner and I are currently saving up money so that we can start investing in real estate, we are targeting fall of next year to start and should be able to have $80,000-$85,000 to invest.

I think prices still have room to fall and rents still have room to rise until we are at an equilibrium again.

In the long run the demand may fall off a bit as the prices may get too high for travelers and they will seek cheaper vacations.

And if you really thought it was a dangerous tree you might want to get something to prove it before it falls down (evaluation from a tree company, etc) and send it to them certified to the address on record with the county for the owners.
