I have seen a lot of really great custom designs that make great use of space for a particular user.

Business does not allow customers to simply walk away without consequences.

If I were you I'd find a niche item that could easily be 3D printed and then custom make it for residential DIYers, construction companies, and handymen.

The rest are totally custom and control literally anything.
