Looking for any Kansas City paint contractors that good exterior and interior.

After around $8k for new flooring, paint, appliances, interior doors, and cleanup, I would estimate the ARV (Remember I'm new to this and I'm really not familiar with the neighborhood) to be around $65k.

There are no photos of the interior online; I recently requested an agent to start the conversation and get those photos.

I just requested photos of the occupied interior from the seller, ran the numbers in the formula (no repairs needed) and made him an offer.

Currently rented so looking to fix it up with the profits, and renovate interior as they become vacant.

The 5 unit I'm looking at is frame, and like you mentioned will need a large infusion of capital, since all the siding has to be re-done, along with all the interior work that it needs.

I am a realtor and she is very good at interior design so we make a great team.

I have a good grasp on what I can get siding, windows, trim, interior/exterior doors, decks, guttering roofing, flooring, landscaping and concrete done for and who to use/where to source materials, along with electrician/plumbing -- lacking site prep, foundation/framing/roof trusses cost -- I could get the cost of the rough in from a buddy who runs a plumbing co.My challenges are A - not being able to be there all day to run things, and B - still missing some of the key contractor connections.
