Or those that leverage bit coin at the wrong time and lost hundreds of thousands on that play.. and for sure character assassination on the internet is not going to right the ship crazy  I do not work for Norada I have never met Marko.. my points are that you folks simply did not do enough due diligence up front and were blinded by the high returns and clearly did not understand the risks of unsecured notes/Junk bonds..

Lastly, it could be that the bank is going to portfolio your loan at below-market pricing because they want the entire banking relationship (deposits, transaction processing, consumer lending, etc) or simply want the risk (yield).Lots of local and regional banks have been retaining loans at really aggressive pricing recently as the current environment makes this favorable for them.

Be honest and follow the correct steps and you won't have any problems, unless the UW simply doesn't like it.Overall, the process is pretty standard, but if you don't follow the rules, you will have a heck of a time getting the conventional financing.Cheers!

If you are not licensed therefore cannot legally do anything other then DSCR you simply have not seen how it works in reality and how DSCR loans (on credit, not on credit or in an entity or not) effect the next full doc loan.
