@Adam Gonzalez my advice would be to learn all that you can for free from BP and places like this before you start looking for a mentor. 

The loan closed, but the buyer will never use them again, I will never advise a client to use them again (they were advised  not to use them this time...but sometimes clients are adamant and very loyal - which for normal banking, Navy Fed is awesome).

Many of the money-greats have been adamantly against diversifying because they wanted to focus their efforts into one arena, or just a few strong channels.

@Adam Diaz, Estate sales are often subject to total unanimous agreement from those who have inherited the property.

We are almost to closing day and the lender seems adamant about getting GC docs like licenses and COI's.
