There is an event center on the other side of town that has 3 tiny houses & 1 small house on its property which they operate as a bed & breakfast.  

This morning at breakfast, I was telling her I wanted to meet with our friend that is a divorce attorney, and she just looked at me strange for a minute!

mhmm you could just get some sheds from home depot and decorate them and make a little shed and breakfast lol.... but they do seem like a cool way to house hack a SFR with a nice sized back yard withouth living in an RV :)

I went to a breakfast meeting this morning and was blown away by the friendliness of the fellow participants, and couldn't believe it was that easy to connect with people who are doing exactly what I want to do in my area and seem eager to help in any way they can.

Hi @Nicholas Vitalo,I host a networking breakfast in morning at WeWork in Northern Liberties starts at 8-9:30am.

I have a full time job...so most weekdays are booked, but a Sat AM breakfast or brunch could work.

Okay, so I just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track with the community here.My latest courses of action have been messaging investors in the area to take to breakfast and gain contact and advice.

Check out your local chamber of commerce, you all ready have a club of business owners.I'm pretty sure there is a bunch of business folks in town that drop in for breakfast and coffee at some local cafe, there always is in small towns, it's the spit and whittle club.  

Personally, I've never ventured into motels, though I did look into Bed and Breakfasts several years ago.
