Hey Philly BPers!

My wife and I are in the process of moving back to the Philadelphia area (currently in Boston) in the fall and are actively looking at owner occupied 2-4 unit opportunities in the Philly area.  It just so happens that I work for a brewery and will be hosting an event with a local PA brewery (2SP Brewing) the night of Friday, June 16th at City Tap House in Logan Square at 6pm.  If anyone is in the area and would like to come out to mingle and talk investing, first beer is on me!
