@Armando Carrera research and develop your own typical tenant qualifications so you don’t accidentally violate fair housing, landlord/tenant or local laws on occupancy limits based on bedroom quantity/size required for kids, number of unrelated persons in one house, etc.

Most here on BP that buy NPL's like myself only invest in the US as we see plenty of product here in the US and can make good money doing it, so its not worth the risk to venture overseas in other country to learn all the nuances, laws and rebuilding all brand new relationships.

I have googled and found a few law firms that actually seem to specialize in this and have listings of houses that are about to go to auction or already have bids that will be granted before the date someone can offer a higher bid.
