If there's a lot of time left on the lease, then that's a different story..I can imagine that in LA you have fairly warm temps right now, even though it is winter so finding a new tenant (I'm assuming that's where the rental is located based on your city).

not worried in Charleston about rain.. all of ours are 6 to 9 feet in the air.. its just wind.and here we sit in Oregon complaing that the temps are between 75 and 82 all summer and no real nice hotter weather and the humidity has been too low.. so we can get some forest fires.But at least TESLA has come up big..
