Typically they’re too busy for stuff like this and it can be hard to prove the tenants themselves did the vandalizing without witnesses.

Up your skills and you will probably get better results  No one is denying the existence of racism, but to come out accusing a whole market of conspiring against you because you are not getting business is unreasonable in my opinion.

If the tenant is a crazy tenant, they can do crazy stuff like falsely  accuse you for something they make up and it becomes a lawsuit and you will end up paying more money.... which has happened to a couple of my friends.But the bottom line is that you are the landlord, if you think the rent is too low, you should negotiate to raise the rent.

Somebody wanting to sue for you backing out of a bad deal or accusing you of selling them a property with defects like unknown termite damage).

Looked into doing a cashout refi but it would translate to a negative cashflow, and not enough equity to buy multiple units w/ it.

I have heard about, and witnessed as early as 2004 this concept of co housing/co living in NYC/CT area, in fact at that time I rented a bedroom on a floor of a multifamily for $625 a month.  

However, when I asked the mother about it, she just said that he witnessed something and wanted a statement from him.
