I understand your view point of the pro membership not being much better than the regular, free membership.

My long term goal is to move into a full time role and buy and hold single family homes, building a portfolio of 100 houses within 10 years.I am willing and able to provide insight to the multifamily rental business from a property management viewpoint, don't hesitate to ask.

They have a very biased view point...

I would be looking for street value on flip deals and street value/rental assessments on hold deals.Also I didn't mean to start a big debate but the different view points are very interesting.

I'm sure I've said it before and the next person readin this will see it...but, I really appreciate your input and even view point.

I have and from a property characteristics view point their data isn't as worthy in that I can't filter as far as I need to.

Questions are posed by investors and are answered for the viewpoint of investors.We aren't talking to homeowners who are listing their houses unrealistically high so what is the point bringing that up?
