I have been learning by listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, and reading books and blog posts (the BiggerPockets web site has good specific recommendations).

It has been an eye-opening event to read these books and I have started watching the Bigger Pockets youtube channel and listening to the podcast.

@Ryan Pilioglas In addition to whatever school you choose, I would look up Prep Agent on YouTube.

My current hurdle has been trying to put myself out there more and start networking to make the right connections so that I can streamline my process and be able to offer quality and honesty to any of my future clients.Anyways, I started watching Bigger Pockets on YouTube and have been spending my extra time lately reading more of their books and articles.

I want to hear everyone's opinions in regards to this YouTube commentator's claim of a RE market slow down.

To make a plug for @Dean Harris, I bought a property from him a few months back and when you're buying from someone in another state, you can be weary, but I saw videos from Memphis Real Estate House on Youtube and that definitely made me feel like "yeah, he's legit" so I was more than happy to buy from him.

I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad and listen to stuff from Graham Stefan and others on YouTube.

It was incredibly boring but I passed both exams the first time (with a little help from the YouTube channel PrepAgent)
