Hello, my name is David Adams I'm married and have a house in Boise, Idaho but I work as a contractor for the State Department, and currently working on the Embassy in Kabul Afganistan.  I have a lot of time on my hands and I'm finishing my Bachelor's in Business Managment. Just last week I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and every day since I have been downloading books and reading as much as possible. The prospect of real estate has been something that I have always been interested in but I have never thought I could get into rental investments until I read Robert Kiyosaki book and now Brandon's book on Rental Property Investing I'm starting my education on real estate investing. 

I want to get out of the rat race and the last few days of listening to my coworkers just stress about trying to get promoted for more money or worry about if they go home on leave will they have enough money and so on. It has been an eye-opening event to read these books and I have started watching the Bigger Pockets youtube channel and listening to the podcast. I can't get enough information right now. I have signed up for some webinars (the time difference is crazy, the first one was at 3:30 am) totally worth it! I'm just getting started and taking a ton of notes and searching zillow, craigslist to just practice the calculations and looking at properties.
