I have tried to get as much information as I can.Looking at a roadside motel on a major road in a rural area.   15 miles away is a medium-sized college campus, and it's within 45 minutes of a big NASCAR venue, but other than that it is NOT a tourist destination - just rural area known for hunting, fishing, hiking, etc.   

It is such a tourist destination year round! 

I live in Miami where most of the tourist destinations have airBnB restrictions and besides the prices in Miami are completely out of control. 

thanks everyone for the input, its something that i am starting to dabble, i was actually looking to be within 1 mile of a ski resort since that is the only tourist attraction in the winter.  

Tourist taxes and municipality permissions are at the top of anyone's To Do list in Florida.

The area surrounding the tourist destinations is extremely saturated, however, we do well!

If you consider Idaho Falls, ID, we will be happy to discuss the possibilities here. 90 min to Yellowstone, so many opportunities for STR for skiing, and tourists, great people here for LTR as well.

Just a few miles to the west is Six Flags and La Cantera (popular tourist attractions).  

In hindsight I think this is funny, because tenants are like tourists, they don't like their own company.

A duplex just came and went in the Tourist Core in 1 day.
