I didn't pay attention to  the excuse pattern until recently, when an agreed upon term was not met, nor was there a call regarding it. 

I do drywall, floors, paint, tile, plumbing, and more!!!

Would I be able to do my own roof, tile floor, move a wall......

The exterior has asbestos siding so risks of it existing inside are higher but there's no old tile/heating ducts. 

The rehab costs include a new furnace, repairing the floor, new cabinets and counters in kitchen and some new tiling in the bathroom (floor and around the shower). thanks for your input, I really appreciate it!

Ceramic Tile is probably the right choice, especially if you're on a slab.

okay here is a little story about this house. i bought the 1200 sqft house for $14k from a owner, and spent around 12k for remodeling such as a new wooden floor, paint inside/out , window and tiles and some new dry walls.  

Hardwood, parquet, faux-hardwood, tile, etc. are much easier to clean and you won't reduce your pool of potential tenants/buyers.
