Second, if someone I don't know spams me with text messages, I will take their number and start adding their number to every spam phone list I know about -- they deserve the same crap they're doling out to others.Third, if someone spams me with text messages, I will never, EVER buy a deal from them, regardless of how good the deal is.Just one investor's opinion...

I cannot stand that crap, just outright SPAM!!!

It's a great way to reduce the spam you get, to prevent viruses from crawling your emails, and to in general protect your data.

And that the only reason anyone would use a buyers agent to make offers on REO property is because they don't have the time to spam that many "lowball" offers themselves.

hmmm 1 post, -52 influence, and your breaking the rules by spamming... even if you're program was a good one it turns me off to even look at it because of this

So I’ve suddenly noticed that there are posts being made in existing threads that are clearly engineered to bypass spam filters by breaking web addresses up into separate words, using words instead of punctuation, and using parentheses to break up sentences the web address is in to further confuse filters.

My spam blocker warned me before I could even click through. 

Hey @Jeremy Pace - We've been dealing with some issues with spam attacks over the past 2 weeks and had to implement a delay on email notifications to help protect members from dozens or hundreds of notifications (has happened 2x now thanks to these jerks) from categories or posts they follow.
