They did clean up the garbage and remove the deer but the people coming and going along with the noise is the biggest issue. 

I wish I had that kind of power at work, so I could just remove people who are obviously not working out.

I thought if you took the first floor and knocked down a wall and remove a kitchen you can turn 2 units into 1 unit.

From the photos I see on the listing, it looks like it could need:-Removing wall paper and painting-Kitchen remodeling-Removing carpet - replacing with hard wood floors- Not sure about bathrooms (no photos )Note:Roof was replaced 2018 so that is good.HVAC is newWhat do you think?

@Richard Hoyte When calculating your expenses and income you also need to allow for things like lawn care/snow removal if applicable as well as set aside an amount each month for repairs and maintenance, CapEx, and vacancy.

Im new so I am asking out of curiosity  They don't, they/we pay less, that's the remove and install price :) .

While there aren't any real ways to remove the sister from the loan, here are a couple of tips you might consider:1.

:(    Owners just do NOT have enough stress:  under water, extreme deferred maintance,  loose of income and behind on payments.
