With several hiking trails/boats/kayaks/bicycles/etc, and just nature in general, what do most people do protect themselves from potential issues?

This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

Have you looked into working with any local businesses to provide discounts for guests and piggyback off their customer base?

I'm in Alberta, so ASC has rules around what's allowed and what isn't (mainly aimed at protecting the public/investors).

If you were able to use the standard TREC lease agreement, there are many items that protect the property/landlord in there. 

Also from researching I was told if there are mortgages on a property at a tax sale the bank would step in to protect their investment and pay the taxes to get the property.

i had baselane and shut it down. there was issue getting my money out and there is absolutely no customer service. i loved the idea they had and the platform analytics they have but from a banking perspective i would not put any money there.
