In lieu of spending hours of your time to translate insurance language, working with an insurance agent that you trust will allow you to have confidence in the carrier and policy that they are choosing for you.

Tenants like this are already skittish during a sale, and getting them to sign another official document can be problematic, especially if English isn't their first language.

Dan, I have read the new rent control law numerous times, and have never seen language in it that says “Any change to lease term, even on a month to month lease, that results in an increased cost to the tenant counts against the rent control limit”.  

I also have language in that addendum that defines who has what responsibility for maintenance, repair, limits of expenditure based on features of appliance and cost to repair. 

There is no language in the master lease and no addendum was provided.

I sent the lease agreement, and the potential tenant is asking for language in the special provisions to read "tenant is allowed to install wireless camera security system".

I don't even think I have any paperwork or deed language stating so.....however, I read the email the title lady received.

I'd like to include language in my contracts going forward that remove the ambiguous "at closing" and provide an exact time and date.

They probably have some language you can use.
