It's a cash business which means no one is screening these folks like they should.

I have zero info from most folks who messaged me.

If I'm in your shoes I would checkout any local RE meetups happening nearby, that would be a great spot to meet some other folks in your shoes and/or other lenders who might be able to give their perspective if it makes sense to pull out money from your home rn or not.

unless of course your a math wizz but most folks are not.and especially at least out west were there will be questions about township and range etc etc.
