Can you folks enlighten me?

It would be inappropriate for me to enlighten the forum as to the particulars.

In just a fews days of reading the discussion Iv'e had so many questions answered and I've been enlightened to a list of topics that i need to focus on as a newbie.

We just had a very enlightening experience in this area - we gave what we thought was a good presentation to someone who had expressed interest in a particular project - he decided almost immediately that he wasn't interested, but his attorney soon came on board with the project with almost 3 times the investment amount that the first guy had discussed.

I have had several feedback regarding heightened yearly maintenance costs since the house is old – that seems to be some of the buyers’ deal breakers.Yes I do a 2k earnest money.Thanks for everyone that did respond.

Can someone enlighten this noob?

I am in no position to buy and hold as I have student loans and credit card debts I need to pay off first.I currently have a day time job and I have been trying to jump start my real estate business.Please, can anyone flipping properties in Houston enlighten me about the possibilities of flipping in the current Houston market.Also, I would like some recommendations on active hard money lenders in the Houston area or any other areas of the country that supports transactions in Houston.Thank you all

We've only been enlightened for a couple of weeks now but are very active on phone apps such as Zillow and Trulia looking for foreclosure deals.

I'm just now finishing up David Greene's books and his sections dealing with needed team members is very enlightening.
