In future they may adjust this or make it harsher like the LA city rent control ordinance (RSO)If I were anyone here sitting on under market rental units I'd raise rents as fast as possible if you can.

Well, he didn't notice corroded coils which are leaking chemicals and mold that are extremely obvious even to the untrained eye when peeling the panel off.
