the thing is not about title insurance, the thing is getting the title company, I am using the seller's, just to not make a fuss and also because they are genuinely reputable and good folks and I have an open line of communication with them, the thing is to have title insurance cover the liens exceptions list mentioned on auction.com, does a FULL search cover these liens exceptions, and can you even have a report comprehensive enough to cover all liens exceptions?

Of course you need keywords, but the priority here is more to engage your audience.If you want a genuine chance at ranking #1 and getting a crazy amount of leads, start looking more into being a legitimate awesome team, and have a organic unique amazing website, and less looking to kiss Gass (Google A%#).Number ONE lesson in SEO.

I genuinely thought that kind of money would bring in $40k easy.I’ve let my agent know and we are now chasing $20-30k deals.Something that is a major consideration is time, but that will depend of course on the flip and the returns.Since I don’t have access to lending I’ll have to accept the reality of my current position.

So the people that  genuinely need to get a tenant out have to wait ages and lose lots of money because of the volume of frivolous eviction suits brought by landlords who are really trying to get paid.Does that attitude work for the betterment of all, or are landlords by aggregate of their behavior actually shooting themselves in the foot.Here is an analogy for you.
