Hi, I currently have two properties in Jersey City that are cash flowing nicely. I have some plans for moving forward and was looking to talk to a professional financial advisor to get some opinions. Does anyone have any recommendations of a really good one who isn't necessarily trying to sell me on anything and just give some good advice? I would really appreciate the contact.

Thanks!

Stay away from  the high Fee financial  advisor  machines, 1% is the norm here  but can vary where you live. Do a back ground on them just like  a tenant .
