Then Came Carona Virus.. 

It seems as if the forces that were already impacting commercial retail such as automation and online retail, has only been expedited by Covid-19, and many mom and pop restaurants, retail businesses without deep pockets will not survive simply because the crisis for their businesses will not simply end with the lifting of shelter in place, but will only end when the fear of this virus dissipates which may be many months to a year from now when we finally have approved and effective treatments along with a proven vaccine.

My son had a STR in Milton, FL (Santa Rosa County) and it worked out ok for him but we converted it to a long term rental just prior to the virus thing as he PCS to a different area.

In our area, the virus has actually increased the pricing and heated up the market. 

Then my Pharmacist ( really nice guy) when I get my flu shot poke we talk a little real estate :)

Just seems like they are over doing it with this virus.

It is like a cold/flu that may spread to more other cities sooner or later...I will definitely not buying additional properties because we are almost at the top of the cycle, therefore, I will not choose option 1 and option 2 in your 3 options.

as you may know there are next to none viruses, and spyware that are programmed or used on macs, those major flaws come with windows exploits etc.

Yes we should all clean the lint screen in the drier however you still need to buy a cheap chimney brush and clean out the flu at least once a year.
