Is it true that lenders look for your business to be listed in all major directories before they consider you for financing?

He owns the land, but doesn't have enough funds to get it all going.The property is overlooking the ocean, beautiful place and there will be 18 houses built.Any advice would be appreciated.I am building the site right now and there will be pictures and videos of the property, the area and plenty of info.Will be looking thru the forum in a minute and see if I can find some inspiration here.Funny, I've had this forum listed in my directory for a couple of years, but just now found it again thru Google.Mike

The REO banks listed on our site's REO Directory all provide REO listings on their respective websites.

It will take some effort to ferret this out of this directory, but the information is there.

Do you have a city directory, usually at the library, it has reverse numbers from addresses......land lines.If they purchased you might get a point of contact from a closing company clerk if you're good at it, or have them call and ask if they can put you on the phone about an issue.Who else do they do business with?
