I wanted to show you all something pretty significant.There is this eternal debate going on between SEO and ... well everything else.

PERIODAs always people always love to talk, but I seem to be the ONLY one that walks the walk WITH actual numbers and data supporting all my crazy claims.Look  there will be an eternal debate on what is better what is best... but if your customers saw my results, and I were to tell them I can get you all this without paying a cent... no one would ever hire a marketing company!

I'm not here to debate the pros/cons of 'wholesaling,'  but I can tell you that I have seen a distraught and upset seller leave an 'assignment' closing table to 'get a breath of fresh air' and come back with a GUN. (9mm as I recall). 

We are debating what the right down-payment strategy is for us with this plan.

It is also a long journey that takes serious effort.I just need to have the discussion about this topic without a debate about why I want to discuss it.

We discussed different REI strategies, wholesale deals, syndications, note investing, debated SFR vs. multi-family, raising capital (i.e. hard money, private, etc.) and reliable local contractors.More importantly, we all took action and showed-up.

I've debated the renting consideration, but it's a large amount of capital I wanted back.

My favorite session was the Intellectual Debate: Will you have greater success over the next years if you sell more than you buy in 2020.

That is the dumbest thing you can do in a debate.

There is not much in the area under $400K so husband and I are debating if we should go for it.
