My mom lives in Phoenix, and has been staying with a friend from church, but has to move out now as her landlord's son and daughter-in-law need a place to stay.

We bought it directly from the owner who wanted an easy deal, didn't want to do any repairs, and wanted to pick the closing date to coincide with his daughter moving out.

I invest with my wife, two sons, and daughter.

Finally, I just inherited some farm land and am trying to figure out how that fits into my overall portfolio.Married, 2 college-age daughters, one pitbull/lab dog with a broken rear ACL.  

Hello,  I live in a neighborhood with excellent public schools and my daughter is graduating.  

This one is for my daughter while she is in school, but once she moves I want to keep it as a rental.  

Same boat here, daughter is 4 month old.

I am 28 years old, married, have a 3 year old daughter and another on the way (3 weeks out to be exact).

They come to work for Intel the states largest private company ( my daughter works there)  They just spent over 10 billion on three new fab plants and now have over 20k employees in the PDX market alone.. then of course you have Nike which is huge..

It is amazing how often my daughter has me apartment shopping for her!
