The combination of Al wire and an FPE panel is especially concerning because Al wire is more likely to have a loose connection that will overheat to a temp that can cause combustion, and the FPE panel has a high chance of not tripping when that happens in order to prevent that overheating from continuing.

the idea of buying a property and immediately netting a few hundred dollars just doesn't happen unless you employ a creative strategy or combination of creative strategies. 

As you due your due diligence you often find elements of the existing construction which can be preserved.

It saves alot on paperwork, bills, etc by combining everythning on one policy,

@Hayden Kerns- thanks .....no guarantees on  either  property appreciation or inndex  fund returns .....I would  recommend a combination of both ....if you had to choose one or the  other to maximize growth over  a long term - the index  fund is likely  a better bet  ...this is also very ddependent  on location or the property - 

I think you've got the two statutes combined in a way that won't work unless there's some more info.

So if you buy a 4br, live in one room, then you can rent the others for a combined $2400-$3000.
