Nevada almost always goes after the big guys (casinos) and the tourists.

Great prices, good restaurants, nice casino, movie theater, bowling alley.

I can tell you that unloading stuff putting it in a jeep is gonna be a pain and to the golf cart enthusiasts Winter in the mountains  driving a golf cart up the hill- not happening. 

Develops have their eyes on Coney Island as potential casino location.
