Hey all, I've taken two courses on REI and I'm still very nervous to pull the trigger. I have found an agent, a private lender and a potential deal.

I am a real estate enthusiast who is looking for an experienced investor to help me analyze a potential investment opportunity I have come across.

I have found a property that I believe has great potential, but I would love to have a second opinion from someone with more experience in the field. I was hoping you could spare some time to either chat over the phone or have a virtual meeting on Zoom to go over the details with me.

I have done some research and gathered all the relevant information, but I would like to hear your thoughts on the property's market value, potential rental income, and overall investment viability. Your expertise would be invaluable in helping me make an informed decision.
