Hello guys!! My name is Joseph, I'm a Real estate Rookie enthusiast. Looking to start investing and keep learning more about real estate. Currently analyzing deals, but I would like to get a feedback about the metrics of this property.

One of my goals for this year, is to start on getting a place where I can house hack in this competitive market that Miami has. Looking for also new opportunities to network with people with the goal to do some partnerships in the near future.

Fenced backyard with Mango trees! Utility room in back with full size W/D. Impact windows! 2 Parking spaces. Balcony off of master. Updated Bathrooms. Can be rented immediately! Very convenient location close to all restaurants, shopping centers and a couple miles away from the beach.
