Just thought I'd post a brainstorming session of mine.

I'll surely have to brain storm a bit on those.

I brainstormed a list and added summaries to each point.

So I love to talk to people that are doing well; and are successful in life, so I can brainstorm, learn, and figure out what I can do to be successful. 

I'm too am developing a coliving space and would love an opportunity to discuss, share and brainstorm with you.  

Much of it comes down to finding the right buyer since it is more of a partnership in that case.I'd be happy to meet for coffee or brainstorm over the phone if you'd like.

Just brainstorming out loud. 

I would like to connect with an experience local investor to brainstorm the deal.

However, it seems because of the recent rise in interest rates, it has unfortunately push most potential buyer to get qualify for the monthly payments; Consequently, I was wondering since it’s owned free and clear, do I have any potential creative selling method I could use… just brain storming, thanks.
