Rural co-living/small town co-working

So we have a glut of nice country homes, larger and well appointed, with big price tags. They have been seasoning for quite awhile on the MLS and I've recently been contemplating the thought of rural co-living. The math shows it would work, though there is little main stream info whether it is a sound theory or not. I'm finishing up on a unique home that I was going to go the airbnb route on, but may give this a shot instead. In addition to this, we have a number of downtown space that is/will be available that would make for prime pop up shops and coworking spaces, in addition to upstairs residential space. I feel this is the evolution of small town america. Thoughts and opionons please.

@John Mainwaring I'm curious about co-living in smaller towns and rural areas as well. All I do is co-living households, and my wife does short-term rentals. I don't have anything concrete to offer you currently beyond my belief that, due to the share economy and the effects of the pandemic, people and society are primed for co-living. What specifically do you mean by co-living?
